New dresses and contact lenses.

Whilst I have time to write on a Sunday, I may as well do all these posts at once and pray that no one get annoyed at my spamming. :P I've bought a couple of things in the past few weeks, namely some dresses and grey circle contact lenses. :) So here are some photos finally of them...

Dark grey shift dress.

Light grey dress with a girly bow.

Both I bought from wearittowork.co.uk (a site specialising in workwear), but I don't know if the second dress will be all that work-friendly considering the lower neckline showing some cleavage. I did buy a third dress that was going cheap but it didn't fit right and looked downright fugly on me, so I'm going to try to return that.

And I discovered that pencil skirts are really hard to walk quickly in. :S And that in order to make your legs look long, all you need is the right cut/fit/design of dress and some high heels.

I'm still learning how to be a girl, apparently.

Now, contact lenses!

I figured it would go well with the grey dress, so I put them in. :) They do make my eyes look insanely huge and they only look okay if my eyes are made up. With no makeup they look alienish, I'm sad to report, but that's circle lenses for you!

They don't show up that well without light or flash, and even then the colour is dark grey, which I liked because light grey may make me look a) lifeless b) like I have arcus senilus. I may invest in a green/hazel one next when I have money, but what I really want is a pair of Solotica Mel or Ice.
